My name is Julia, pronouns she/her. I started my career as a UX Designer where I fell in love with design ideology, but found that visuals weren’t really my strong suit. A year later I became a Content Designer and it felt like a homecoming.

In my work, I occupy the unique intersection of human-centered design and content. My process involves thoughtful research, strategic planning and writing, feedback from stakeholders, and a lot of revision. I’m passionate about integrated content design and like to allocate time towards building relationships that will support creative collaboration across design, product, and engineering. I’ve also been told by colleagues that I’m a natural leader with a knack for vision and strategy.

It makes perfect sense that I’d grow up to be a writer in some capacity or another. I’m enamored by language and have forever carried the knowledge that we live by the stories we tell ourselves and one another. Helping businesses and people tell their stories feels like a really precious thing, and one that I’m very happy to be doing.
