Bring Findaway’s audiobook ecosystem into Spotify and establish Spotify for Authors as a new home for authors and publishers. The work included migrating existing publisher workflows from Passport while creating new onboarding experiences for independent authors coming from Findaway Voices.

Develop and execute the content strategy for migration, account linking, and onboarding across multiple user types and entry points. Existing Passport users needed a clear path into Spotify for Authors, while Findaway Voices authors needed to connect their existing catalogs to a Spotify identity and understand the relationship between the two platforms.

By reducing migration friction and creating scalable onboarding for authors and publishers, we made it easier for existing partners to retain access to their catalogs. Spotify for Authors has since evolved into an all-in-one platform where authors and publishers can manage their presence, understand their audience, and publish audiobooks directly to Spotify.
